This one-hour, low impact class will help you tone and tighten your body by using movements of pilates and yoga. Some classes will incorporate the use of small weights, balls and the ballet barre to help you build strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Fun with Flexibility:
This is a one-hour yoga class focusing on developing strength and flexibility through postures and flowing movement. This class is a lot more playful than other classes and you will have the opportunity to practice more inversions and "bendy" postures. Some yoga experience is necessary.
Happy Hour Yoga:
This is a high-energy, fun, one-hour, all-level class that incorporates strength and stretching movements in a flowing sequence. Participants get extra "Sweat Benefits" at Frida's after class!

This is a one-hour, energetic fusion class that combines pilates, barre and yoga. These exercises are designed to strengthen the muscles and also lengthen the body so you gain more flexibility. All levels are welcome
One-hour, class with fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking breath and movement to develop a stronger and more flexible body.
This is a fun, one-hour, energetic yoga class that may incorporate light weights and other body weight exercises to help create a stronger and more flexible body.
