What should I wear?
Wear clothes that you can move in, but nothing too loose. Our classes are done with bare feet. You can choose to wear grip socks that are specifically made for yoga or barre, if you choose.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, for one! Also, bring a mat, water and towel (optional)
Do I need to sign up for class?
Yes, we are a small studio and would prefer to have you sign up online. Full classes will have a wait list. If you are not in class 5 minutes prior to class start, your spot will be given to someone waiting.
I'm not flexible at all. Can I do this?
Absolutely. Regardless of how flexible your currently are, you will gain more flexibility throughout time if you continue to practice. This isn't a competition. Work through the movements, but stop yourself if you experience pain. Incremental change leads to great things! If you have any injuries, please speak with your instructor before class. Safety first!
I'm running late, can I still get into class?
Late comers must come through the back door. The front door will be locked at the time class begins.
I can't make it to class. What happens?
You can cancel your class up to 8 hours before the class start. If it's less than 8 hours, your class will not be refundable on your class pack.
Where do I park?
There is street parking in front of the studio. You can also park in the UPPER lot located behind the studio, to the left. Please do not park directly behind the building; that space is reserved for other building tenants.

Do my classes expire?
Yes, all class packs have an expiration. The minimal amount of time for expiration is three months and that is for our new client 3-class pack and 6-class pack.
