Restorative yoga brings a physical and mental balance to prevent stress and reduce anxiety. We will use props, which allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching.
This is an open level, beginner friendly class. Students are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, and anything else that would increase their overall comfort.
